There was a lovely girl at reception who was absolutely brilliant, i can’t recommend her highly enough! she was very helpful in writing down where i should catch a shuttle in the morning and then the air train, please pass on my sincere gratitude to this very special girl,

the room was very quite & clean which was very good. Bed was comfortable with decent linens . Check-in was easy and cooperative. staff were pleasant and helpful.

I liked that it was close to the Metro station and you can easily get there from JFK. We just needed a simple place to sleep before our next day early morning flight.

As part of Airline employee I decide to stay at this hotel because the price And location was great compare to the rest of hotels in New York !!! Staff friendly and I got what I paid for !!! Definitely I will stay again if I need to spend the day_night before work !!

I did not do the breakfast. The location was great - next to Subway. The light was out in bathroom- asked to replace. Did not happen during my stay. I would have liked a heavier/ thicker bed spread. I hated renewing my key card to the room daily. I did have a car - horrible parking at times. Horrible traffic to get from that area to anywhere and from anywhere. I will stay again- better prepared!

I liked that the staff was very accommodating, I notice that if they have any “attitude” it’s if someone else approached them in a hostile way. Generally they are nice.

The location being near the airport and overall value for money. It's ideal for an overnight stay when there is an early morning flight.
